I thoroughly recommend ServPro of Phenix City... I hired the team in April 2017 to complete moisture mitigation after a tornado wind storm tore off the roof and ceiling of my mother's house. The following rain did major damage to her sheetrock, insulation, furniture, electronical, and carpeting. Many homes in the area had just as much damage so ServPro had many jobs to complete. However, they were able to prioritize the jobs based on severity and gave me a time letting me know when they were able to come. Jim and Cates from the team came out to establish what needed to be done and they immediately established an awesome team. Before they arrived, they called 30 minutes before to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived in perfect timing, were extremely courteous, polite, respectful, and clean. It was a dirty job, there were no complaints. They took photo documentation and installed equipment to remove all unnecessary moisture from the home. They comforteded my senior citizen mom that order would be restored in her house. Before they left, the team gave me a date and time for when they would back to ensure the water moisture was mitigated and remove the equipment. They arrived exactly as they advised. This was an extremely pleasant experience and they did outstanding work.
