Receptionist Tracy. Not very pleasant. needs to work on cust service skills. Visibly annoyed by my young dog's barking. Did not make me feel valued as a customer. The rest of the staff is nice. The original impression I received just isn't a great way to start off a visit; especially since this clinic was recommended to me by a former employee and I drove 30 minutes to get here.
