Super efficient place due to their staff. This could be like any other government facility where slow is standard, but they're not bad at all over at Smith's Station.
My husband was up there (count 'em) six different times in the last month before we FINALLY got the tag for his truck today. He was just there yesterday afternoon and was told that I had to be with him because my name was on the bill of sale. When we went there this morning (they don't open 'til 9 a.m. so I missed an hour and a half of work thank you very much), the gal behind the counter processed everything and when I asked her why I had to be there (based on what my husband was told yesterday), she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know why they would tell him that since there was no transfer of title, etc. Every single time he went up there, there was a different answer or something else that was needed. Ridiculous.
