They make there own hours. You never know when they are open or closed. I'm currently in a line 40 people long all are complaining about the hours of operation.

Very slow,, and the people there are very rude they have been rude and very unprofessional every since they have open in smith's... Only one lady is nice and helpful to my family..Her name is Mary... So now all of us still drive to Opelika to buy are tags are for any other needs..... The hours are awful ,way not open later and close at 5:30. For all the hard working tax payers,, that have to work everyday...
